Why clients bring us in

Most life sciences strategy work fails in the handoff between the science and the business case. The people who understand the data are not usually the people who have to defend the plan to a board, and the translation between them gets done in a hurry, by whoever is available.

Biophic exists to do that translation properly. The practice is led by a principal holding a doctorate in biophysics alongside management consulting experience, which means the same person reads the primary data and builds the commercial argument. Nothing is lost in the relay.
